The Official Trailer For 'Atlanta FX Season 2' Has Arrived

The one-minute clip shows Donald Glover's character, Earn, sleeping in a garage, while a producer urges his cousin, Paper Boi, to make a party hit.

Atlanta was nominated for two Emmys after its first season; Glover won the award for outstanding lead actor in a comedy series.

In the series, Glover plays a college dropout-turned-manager to his cousin, a burgeoning rapper played by Brian Tyree Henry.

Season Two will go by the title "Atlanta: Robbin Season" which refers to that time right before Christmas where some people have some extra cash, and some people have extra needs. Packages will get stolen off porches, where we were shooting my neighbor got her vehicle stolen.

The tension in the city is rising as everyone tries to move on up in the trailer for the second season of Atlanta.

Atlanta season 2, or more accurately, Atlanta: Robbin' Season, returns to FX on March 1, 2018. Given their crime-ridden surroundings, though, his newfound fortune may not be a good thing - Van (Zazie Beetz) is only half-joking when she tells him that his money-making is "going to get us robbed". It's just kind of tense and desperate times.

Darius is the one who coins this season's catchphrase when he says, "Robbin' season, everybody gotta eat", over footage of a police cordoning off a crime scene and an unidentified dead body. "And robbin' season is a metaphor to where we are now".
