Giancarlo Stanton will approve trade to one of these four teams

The San Francisco Giants feel they have the pieces to acquire reigning National League MVP Giancarlo Stanton.

Yep, the Chicago Cubs are one of those teams. And considering he has a full no-trade clause, he has no obligation to do the Miami Marlins any favors. According to a report from Ken Rosenthal, Stanton does not want to accept a deal to the Cardinals or Giants. Instead, he reportedly would approve a trade to four teams.

He also mentions that Stanton would accept a trade to the New York Yankees and Los Angeles Dodgers.

All four teams have two things in common: they are big-market teams that are well set up to win. The Yankees reached the ALCS last season. Mish believes the Astros and Cubs don't have serious involvement in the Stanton hunt. Both the Dodgers and Yankees are looking to get under the luxury-tax threshold, and taking on Stanton's deal would make that extremely hard.
