Bill Maher: Donald Trump is not bipartisan, he's bipolar!

"Now that Gov. Jerry Brown of California is signing separate climate change treaties with China in defiance of our federal government, conservatives can't complain", Maher said on his HBO show "Real Time" on Sunday night.

Delivered in a satirical Southern accent, Maher ticks down the list of rights blue states will not be handing over to our bigoted federal government under the Trump administration. "They can't complain when our local law enforcement refuses to cooperate with Trump's deportation squads".

"We're just following in a long and hallowed conservative tradition called States' Rights", Maher said, setting up the New Rules comic routine that ends each episode. "Now the white supremacists are the federal government and it's liberal states that are under siege from federal overreach".

"We're trying to defend our way of life here, and what we believe in", Maher explained as he was greeted with a loud applause from the audience.

"Mississippi didn't like what Attorney General Bobby Kennedy was doing in the '60's", Maher said. "We believe in sanctuary cities and pollution controls and legalized pot and gun control and ObamaCare and a woman's right to choose - and we're going to defend 'em". And by that he means, 'get out.' And we're building a wall and by that he means we're repairing the fence. Maher said, referring to California. "Well, we got good people here and sometimes we just want to sit on our porch and watch our grass grow". "And in our state, we use Tiki torches the way they're supposed to be used - for lesbian weddings on the beach".
